Arcus Consulting LLP is a successful and rapidly expanding firm with offices throughout the north of England.
Recruitment was becoming a problem: requiring an increasing amount of time and expense, placing adverts in publications and dealing with recruitment companies.
The solution was to go direct, and launch their own recruitment website.

THE RESULTS:
This was a new site and web address - you can wait up to 8 weeks for the search engines to index the site. And it was competing against big recruitment company sites (100 pages+).
The first job application came in 48 hours of the site going live. Within six weeks half a dozen staff has been recruited and the site had paid for itself in saved commission and press costs.
